Middle Trinity Groundwater Conservation District is committed to the critical mission of preserving groundwater for present and future generations.

The District offers workshops throughout the year focused on the relationship between groundwater and real estate. Attendees have the opportunity to learn about District-specific groundwater rules, geological information, statewide challenges, District tools and services, and other resources critical to landowners, investors, and sellers.

Currently, Middle Trinity has one approved real estate CE course through TREC.
